Harshini has been working with projection in theatre and VJ contexts since 2016, moving towards generative arts and creative technology in 2021. They are an educator in media theory and performance studies, teaching at the Masters of New Media and Masters of Photography programs at Berlin's University of Europe for Applied Sciences and SRH Universities respectively. Most recently they worked with UK-based award winning choreographer and performer Jennifer Irons to design creative captions for their touring show, ''Bad Immigrant''.

Harshini's experience has been as a creative, as a video operator and video technician. As 3AM:ENERGY's founder, they also work extensively as a curator and artist manager specializing in new media art and creative technology.
